Reveal Workshop #2: FUSION
This class is designed to improve fluidity of the spine and torso, while giving you a deep understanding of the pelvis and how it can help drive movement. Fusing jazz and contemporary techniques with no judgment on oneself, we will get grounded, explore our physicality and musicality while working on transitions into the floor and around the space. Let’s have FUN!
