Inclusiveness
Through our dance classes we offer all the opportunity to pursue this art form in a safe and welcoming environment.

Shared Leadership and Responsibility
We strive for horizontal structure and rotating operational roles by assuming personal responsibility to strengthen the core group. We understand that a village is comprised of strong individuals.
